What we collect
Infra Agent collects the information you provide to run the service: your name and email address when you create an account, the monitor configurations you set up (URLs, hosts, check settings), and the alert destinations you add, such as Discord webhook URLs, email addresses, and phone numbers. We also record the results of monitoring checks and alert deliveries so we can show you incident history.
How we use it
Your data is used for one purpose: operating the monitoring and alerting you configured. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
SMS and phone numbers
Text-message alerts are opt-in only: a phone number receives alerts only after an account holder adds it under Alert Channels in the dashboard. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are never shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. Numbers are used solely to deliver the monitoring alerts you requested, transmitted through our SMS carrier only as required to deliver each message. You can stop SMS alerts at any time by removing the number in your dashboard or replying STOP to any message.
Service providers
We rely on infrastructure providers to run the service: cloud hosting for the application and its database, an email delivery provider for email alerts, and a telecommunications carrier for SMS delivery. Each receives only the minimum data needed to perform its function (for example, the destination address of an alert and its contents).
Data retention and deletion
Monitoring history is retained so you can review past incidents. You can delete monitors, alert channels, or your entire account at any time; deleting a channel removes its destination details, including phone numbers. To request full account deletion, email us at the address below.
