The service
Infra Agent provides uptime monitoring and alerting: it periodically checks the websites, APIs, certificates, ports, and heartbeats you configure and sends notifications to the alert channels you set up (Discord, email, or SMS). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your responsibilities
Only monitor endpoints you own or are authorized to monitor. Only add alert destinations (including phone numbers) that belong to you or to people who have agreed to receive alerts. Keep your account credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
SMS terms
SMS alerts are opt-in and transactional: they are sent only to numbers added in your dashboard and only for monitor events you configured. Message frequency varies with the health of your monitors. Message and data rates may apply and are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. Reply STOP to any alert to stop receiving messages, or remove the number in your dashboard. Reply HELP or email contact@infraagent.app for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Service quality
We work hard to make monitoring reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Checks and alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis and can be affected by network conditions, third-party carriers, and providers outside our control. Infra Agent is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee of detection, and we are not liable for losses arising from missed, delayed, or inaccurate checks or alerts.
Billing and subscriptions
Infra Agent offers a free plan and paid plans billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; applicable taxes are collected at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. After cancellation your paid features remain active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. We may change plan pricing or limits with advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to probe systems without authorization, to send unsolicited messages, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or degrade it for others.
